Realization detail
In June 2013, we elaborated a request-based building license project and realization project for reconstruction of a single-family house. The reconstruction involves two habitable floors and cellar. The family house is located in the municipality of Stupava. Apart from the complete reconstruction of the roof structure, annex was built on the side of the garden, running along the house's height, from the basement to the second floor.

Technical details:
The single-family house has 3 floors, including 2 habitable floors and a cellar. The original house was built in 1970s. After being bought by the new owner, both exterior and interior of the house was surveyed due to absence of any documentation and the project included comprehensive reconstruction and transformation of the interior with the annex that expanded the house with front entrance staircase and spacious terrace on the second floor. Part of the annex used the foundation concrete bands. Walls of the added basement were designed from concrete crating panels. Subsequent bearing structures were made of steel concrete and the walls of the other floors were made of ceramic panels. The whole ground plan of the house was covered by gable roof with ceramic roofing. With respect to the original roof structure that did not allow for full use of the attic underneath, the second floor can consequently be used as extra habitable space. The house complies with the requirements and the intention of the investor of further using the habitable spaces with spacious leisure area oriented towards and lit from the garden.
